The manufacturing plant has within its premises a state-of-the-art Achenbach mill as well as a Schumtz seperator, a Nishimura slitter, annealing furnaces, a roll grinder, a polylamination machine with Corona treater and a coater with 9 zone temperature control.

In total, the plant has 4 surface slitters, 4 printing machines, 2 doctoring machines, a sheet mill, 3 sheet slitters, 3 cut-to-length machines, as well as an in-house machine shop.
